CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LAS VIVIENDAS UNIFAMILIARES DESDE LA CONCEPCIÓN ARQUITECTURA BIOCLIMÁTICA EN ENCARNACIÓN Y CARMEN DEL PARANÁ - DEPARTAMENTO DE ITAPÚA

Abstract

The population growth and the present technological development have originated greater power necessities to obtain the comfort of the hum being. Increasing demand hardly satisfied by the conventional supply, concentrating the glance in the constructions since these are responsible for the consumption of a 40% of the energy in the cities. Having this in account a study of the comfort degree was made in the houses of districts on the department of Itapúa: in Incamation and Carmen of the Parana. The study had like objective to characterize the houses from the conception of the bioclimatic architecture. The study was descriptive being the techniques of harvesting of the information: direct observation, measurement of temperature in situ, questionnaires and interviews with informants nails. The main results indicate that accompanying the project with environmental considerations by direction, ventilation, use of materials and vegetation benefits of particular the dimatic conditions can be extracted and of the natural resources to elaborate own solutions, based on a greater saving of energy without reduction of the quality of life, providing a high degree of comfort within the house.
