Educational Management of the Principals of Official Middle Level Schools in Zone 5 - Itapúa, within the framework of the Established Duties

Abstract
The educational management of the principals of official middle level schools in Zone 5 - Itapúa, within the framework of the established functions”, is the subject of this research since there are several factors that hinder the normal fulfillment of the activities of the principals of the districts of Jesús, Trinidad, Hohenau, Obligado, Bella Vista, Pirapó and Alto Verá, since their task is extensive and difficult due to the lack of resources in which the schools find themselves. The objective of the present study is to analyze the dimensions of the Directive Management that are prioritized by the Principals of Official Middle Level Schools in Zone 5 - Itapúa. The data were obtained from surveys, interviews and documentation available at the MEC, applying a descriptive research. Regarding the results, it is observed that the administrative function is prioritized by the principals, leaving the pedagogical function, which is fundamental to achieve significant learning, in the background. In addition, recommendations are made so that the corresponding authorities can take measures to solve the problems that negatively affect the quality of learning and gradually improve it.
