INTERNATIONAL NEGOTIATION STRATEGIES FOR PARAGUAYAN MEAT EXPORTS TO RUSSIA BETWEEN 2011-2021

Abstract
This research was carried out with the purpose of identifying Paraguay's trade relations with Russia and, in particular, the international negotiation strategies applicable to Paraguay's meat exports to Russia between 2011-2021. The approach used was qualitative and the research design was documentary in nature, identifying the trade relations that Paraguay has with Russia in the sale of meat products, specifically beef. Databases such as CICCO, Google Scholar, Zotero and web pages were consulted, having as main criteria the research topic and the proposed objectives. It was concluded that the importance of Paraguay having a good relationship with Russia in the commercial aspect is considerable and good communication and understanding are fundamental, together with a good study of the negotiation taking into account the Russian strategies where the win-lose method is used; in addition, having translators and interpreters for both sides of the negotiation can avoid misunderstandings.
