Estrategias de ventas para emprendedores Pymes

Las ventas son una actividad fundamental para las pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes), ya que implican el intercambio comercial de un producto o servicio a cambio de una compensación económica. Este proceso se basa en un acuerdo previo entre el vendedor y el comprador, y es esencial para generar ingresos, establecer relaciones con los clientes y asegurar la sostenibilidad del negocio en un mercado competitivo. En la investigación, se tuvo como objetivo describir estrategias de ventas para emprendedores de pymes. Se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo de revisión de literatura. Se incluyeron 50 artículos científicos para la elaboración de los resultados, el periodo de inclusión fue entre los años 2016 a 2024. Los principales resultados de la revisión arrojan que, los emprendedores deben adoptar estrategias de ventas como; conocer al cliente, convencer al cliente, creación de valor al producto, previsión y planificación de ventas, marketing digital, adaptación y digitalización. A través del análisis de diversas investigaciones, se ofrece una visión integral sobre cómo los emprendedores pueden optimizar sus prácticas de ventas para maximizar su éxito.
