Abstract

This essay justifies the relationship between scholar journals and research since its birth itself. In this sense it analyses the journal evolution and functions and suggests its intrinsic and permanent association. It concludes that this is a relationship that has been 350 years, and even axiomatic, it is necessary to take into account their meeting points for clarification
