Abstract

This work represents a synthesis of the investigation project to choose to the degree of Doctor in Educational Management, organized and developed by the National University of Itapúa. The theme, constituted by the problem of the investigation responds to the intention to make an approach to the reality that characterizes to the formation of human resources of high management in the companies of the city of Incarnation; looking for to interpret and to describe the theoretical and empirical assumptions that they sublie to the reality of the region and that they turn to the National University of Itapúa the central component of the phenomenon to be investigated, as its scope of formation of professionals and promotion of investigations and permanent updates.

The general mission of the study aims to analyze the relations between the professional profile of withdrawn of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the National University of Itapúa and the present and prospective necessities that they present display the enterprise organizations of the city of Incarnation, in the scope of the formation of the human capital.

The investigation registers within the qualitative quantitative dual approach with a structured methodologic design according to a study of descriptive type.

In such sense, one sets out to associate the two dimensions or exposed aspects of the contextual reality in the general intention of the thesis and to raise a model scientifically developed for the promotion and the development of an education that aims towards the profit of common objectives between the university and enterprise sector made the attainment of the quality and the congruity in the formation of human resources.

AII this with the purpose of associating the emergent aspects of the enterprise necessities as far as human resource, with the roll that at the present time the University National of Itapúa carries out and, more specifically the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences employee of this Institution.
