Natural resources define the lives of its beneficiaries, considering that it depends from the level at which they are to their migration. Natural areas or ecoregions have always been decisive when pockets of development, it is known that the continuous lakes or swamps can not produce soya beans or cassava, or the riverbeds can not deviate; but still are valuable resources for survival. Here is an analysis of what is done both Paraguay and its neighbors protect their natural resources in common, their international ratifications on legislation and if full compliance can be considered when making decisions. Accelerated deforestation and pollution, integrated into a sheet or delimitation progress without environmental planning; inevitably lead to destruction of the flora and the total pollution of its waters.
