The present work analyses the short application of the university didactics in the Law area where the classes are especially masterful and by exposures, with so me exceptions, which it does not help in anything to students to be reflexives and with self-criticism. That is why the professors should resort to several methods and learning strategies, considering that the learning styles incorporation in the teaching field symbolizes to pay attention more in the strategies than in the contents.
This theoretical and practical focus will work to optimize the didactics in the mentioned area, framed no only in the constructivist paradigm but in the learning theory as well, which will help to students to learn the contents not only as a critical and reflexive way but also to develop skills to apply all the knowledge learned in a creative way to different and unexpected situations.
