The purpose of Ihe following study is to analize the linguistic and social repercussions that a language loaninterchange fenomenon results, understanding the elements of an interchange - generally of a lexicon vocabulary type - between two populations of languages or two different languages. In this way, despite the demografic distribution and its growing social and cultural importance, the guaraní language traditionally has suffered an import of language loans from the spanish language. These loans that the guaranl language has received are the linguistic result of two languages in contact during five centuries. For a linguistic language loan study, adressing the analysis of the effects and results that these loans produce in the receptor language, a mixed language analisys is necessary in able to consider the structural and sociocultural aspects. We therefore propose a structural and sociallinguistic analisys of the complexity of a language loa n reality, applied lo the guarani language's particular situation.
