Resumen
El objetivo fundamental de este estudio se centró en
mostrar que, frente a los conflictos familiares, la
mediación se presenta como una vía extrajudicial de
resolución de conflictos. Por medio de ella, se ofrece
al grupo familiar la oportunidad de reorganizarse, sin
intervención de los tribunales. Con todo esto se
procuró determinar el aporte de la mediación en los
procesos de la niñez y adolescencia en la Oficina de
Mediación de la Circunscripción Judicial de la ciudad
de Saltos del Guairá en el periodo 2016-2021 para lo
cual se ha estudiado los expedientes ingresados en el
Juzgado de la Niñez y Adolescencia. El tipo de
investigación fue no experimental, el método utilizado
fue el deductivo y la técnica fue la documental directa
con un nivel descriptivo. En definitiva, se puede
afirmar que remitir estos Juicios a dicha Oficina, a fin
de la búsqueda de un acuerdo es una de las mejores
alternativas de dirimir conflictos, buscando así una
justicia rápida, barata, eficaz y segura para las partes.

Abstract
The fundamental objective of this study was focused
on showing that, in the face of family conflicts,
mediation is presented as an extrajudicial way of
resolving conflicts. Through it, the family group is
offered the opportunity to reorganize itself, without the
intervention of the courts. With all this, we sought to
determine the contribution of mediation in the
processes of children and adolescents in the Mediation
Office of the Judicial District of the city of Saltos del
Guairá in the period 2016-2021 for which we studied
the files entered in the Court of Children and
Adolescents. The type of research was non-
experimental, the method used was deductive and the
technique was direct documentary with a descriptive
level. In short, it can be affirmed that sending these
Trials to said Office, in order to seek an agreement, is
one of the best alternatives for resolving conflicts, thus
seeking quick, cheap, effective and safe justice for the
parties.
